Call for external supplier: develop the new Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (2028–2034)

A.SPIRE is seeking an external supplier for the development, drafting and refinement of the new Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA) for the future European Innovation Partnership (2028–2034), and its related deliverables.

Scope of the assignment

The assignment consists of rounds of consultations and collaboration with A.SPIRE Working groups (WGs) and Advisory and Programming Group (APG) to capture content, structuring and categorising input from WGs, and writing a document that defines actions to implement the A.SPIRE 2040 Vision (currently under development).

The selected supplier will support A.SPIRE in the planning, coordination, development, writing and delivery of the SRIA through a structured methodology and a collaborative process.

Key objectives include:

• Collaborate with A.SPIRE, its Working Groups and Advisory and Programming Group
• Plan and structure the SRIA process
• Design, write and produce a coherent, consistent and high-quality Processes4Planet new SRIA
• Produce and finalise the SRIA, deliverables and supporting materials
