ESSA Midterm conference (European Steel Skills Alliance): Skills and jobs in the future-proven steel industry

The conference will present first results of the European Steel Skills Alliance, a sectoral Blueprint co-funded by the European Commission via the Erasmus+ programme. What are current and future skills and job demands in the European Steel industry? How can those news skills demands be implemented in companies training solutions, formal education systems and training institutions? What kind of political support is needed to mobilize and integrate stakeholders and policy makers to promote the Blueprint?
