In 2026, ASPIRE continues its long-term partnership with ISEC - International Sustainable Energy Conference.

The 4th International Sustainable Energy Conference – ISEC 2026 will take place from 14–16 April 2026 in Graz, Austria, bringing together experts from academia, industry, and policymaking to shape the future of sustainable energy systems. The central theme of the conference is:
Renewable heating and cooling in integrated urban and industrial energy systems.

With climate change accelerating and energy security becoming a global challenge, ISEC 2026 provides a platform for international knowledge exchange, collaboration, and innovation. The conference highlights solutions for climate neutrality, sector coupling, resource efficiency, and circular economy models, with particular attention to strategies supporting the Global South.

Special Highlight – Welcome Reception & Science Slam:

Four pre-selected researchers from the poster contributions will perform a Science Slam, presenting their research in short, entertaining, and insightful minutes – combining scientific clarity, humour, and originality.
