The Process Industries in the context of the European Green Deal
A WEBINAR by the Processes4Planet project - AMIGDALA
About the AMIGDALA project:
The AMIGDALA project - Designing a digital twin to model the European process industry transformation to meet Green Deal objectives - is a Horizon Europe (funded under a Processes4Planet call) research and innovation project receiving €7 million in funding. Led by a European consortium, it aims to guide the transformation of the European industry towards sustainability, profitability, and resilience, aligning with the goals of the European Green Deal. By integrating various models of economy, trade, energy consumption, and land use, the project provides foresight into decision-making processes, aiding both governments and industries. AMIGDALA seeks to inform European legislators and industries about the interplay between regulatory actions and global industrial investments, fostering sustainability while considering strategic positioning, global competitiveness, and resilience.
